Cree’s HXB series for extreme temps

August 5, 2016 - Cree’s HXB series LED high-bay luminaire operates in “extreme ambient temperatures," spanning -40F to 149F, and delivers 70,000 lumens at up to 140 lumens per watt (LPW).

The light can be mounted at heights of 30 ft and higher and comes with optical options including flood and aisle distributions.
 
The series is available with 35,000 and 70,000 lumen output options, offering one-for-one replacement of 500W and 1000W HID luminaires at colour temps of 3500K, 4000K or 5000K at up to and beyond 80 CRI. It also features an aluminum bonded zipper fin heat sink and two-piece polycarbonate glare shield, available in translucent or opaque with an optional uplight feature.
