The product provides individual and group control of parking garage light fixtures (LED or other) using onboard sensors and Bluetooth wireless technology. The device features a fixture-mounted 360-degree occupancy and daylight sensor and a relay for On/Off, 0–10V dimming control. For locations that require some level of lighting at all times, the company notes bi-level lighting can be activated to enable low level light when the parking area is unoccupied and full level light when occupied.

The DLC Bluetooth fixture controller & sensor is designed to integrate with most vapourtight fixtures, the company adds, and is engineered to operate in outdoor environments where weatherproofing is required. It is powered from the fixture (120/277/347Vac) and mounts directly to the end of the unit through a standard knock-out.
