Editor Anthony Capkun sits with Elaine Gerrie, chair of the EFC Foundation Scholarship Committee, to learn more about the over $100,000 in scholarship opportunities available through the Electro-Federation Canada Scholarship Foundation.
The scholarship program encourages our youth to consider a career in the electrical, electronics and telecom industries. According to Elaine, awareness of this great industry and its opportunities has never been as critical as it is today. “With baby boomers nearing retirement age, we see a looming shortage of employees.”
