“Natural gas is affordable and abundant, and our goal is to help our municipal partners use this clean and reliable resource in an efficient way,” said Doug Wilson, institutional account manager for Union Gas. “These investments will not only help Norfolk County reduce its energy consumption and operating costs, they also help the environment.”

The program offers incentives to its municipal, commercial and industrial customers to implement projects that will use natural gas more efficiently.

The installation of new high-efficiency boilers in Talbot Gardens and Langton arenas and infrared spectator heaters at the Delhi arena will save the county and its taxpayers about $4000 a year, says Union Gas.
