Ontario announces 184 large-scale renewable energy projects
More Ontario homes and businesses will soon be powered by green energy with the awarding of contract offers for almost 2,500 megawatts of renewable energy announced by Ontario's Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Brad Duguid on April 8th. After only a year, Canada's largest employment area consisting of 12,500 businesses is getting greener because of a sustainability initiative called Partners in Project Green (PPG): A Pearson Eco-Business Zone.
