Acuity Brands partners with BlueScope Buildings for daylighting solutions
May 9, 2012 - Acuity Brands has announced an exclusive agreement with BlueScope Buildings North America to provide a daylighting solution for standing seam metal roofing systems.

The solution is a patent pending curbless metal building attachment system incorporating Sunoptics high-performance prismatic skylights. The Sunoptics skylight used is the patented Signature Series.
The curbless daylighting system is designed for direct attachment to new or existing structural standing seam roofing systems and is designed to maintain the structural integrity of the roofing system. The integrated rail attachment, which attaches to the roof’s structural standing seam, allows the system to move with roof expansion and contraction. A single-sided front-end water diverter minimizes roof penetrations and leak potential.
