Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group (BSH) introduces new sales team in Western Canada

February 27, 2012 - To enhance its overall service provided to appliance dealers in Western Canada, manufacturer of household appliances BSH has formed a dedicated corporate sales team to support the Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau brands.

The Western Canada sales team will provide direct one-on-one service to all dealers, supported by an increased inventory capacity to also meet the needs of the independent dealer channel, helping to ensure efficient delivery and service to the entire dealer network in Western Canada, it explained.

“Establishing a corporate presence and enhancing our warehouse capabilities in Western Canada was necessary to foster stronger relationships with our dealers in a key market,” said Steve Preiner, director of marketing, BSH Home Appliances. “Having a team on the ground allows us to effectively deliver consumer promotions and provides a conduit for feedback.”

The new Western Canada team led by regional sales manager David Wang, consists of five new district sales managers, a new Vancouver-based product trainer who will work directly with all Western dealers and a field service manager, who will be responsible for improving customer service. The Canadian team collectively has more than 100 years of major appliance industry experience, added the company.

“Our Western Canada sales team has extensive industry experience and understands the needs of our dealers in this market,” said Preiner. “We’re looking forward to working closely with our dealer partners in Western Canada to deliver the best programs possible.”
