BrainBox AI finds it way into KMC Commander platform

October 20, 2021 – Autonomous building technology player BrainBox AI (Montreal) has partnered with KMC Controls, an independent manufacturer of open, secure, and scalable building automation and technology solutions.

Both new and existing KMC system integrators now have access to BrainBox AI’s predictive and self-adaptive cloud-based artificial intelligence, which promises to optimize energy savings, increase operational efficiencies, extend equipment life and maximize occupancy comfort.

KMC has been designing and manufacturing HVAC control system products and building automation systems since 1969. Over the last seven years, it developed the KMC Commander, a smart building platform for commercial buildings. As part of this platform, BrainBox AI can begin consuming a building’s data more easily, learning performance and behaviours, and proactively applying its AI-based changes to the system faster than ever.
