As brand ambassador, Campbell will represent CertainTeed at consumer and trade shows across the country and via interviews on TV and other media. She will also be seen alongside fellow CertainTeed ambassador Damon Bennett in the brand’s digital and print advertising campaign planned to launch this fall.

“Kate Campbell has earned respect in an industry dominated by men and is a major advocate for women working in the trades,” said Marlon Thompson, marketing product manager for CertainTeed Insulation Canada. “Her strong work ethic, dedication to quality and leadership in the industry make her a perfect match for the CertainTeed Insulation brand.”

Campbell is a crew member on HGTV’s “Decked Out,” “Disaster Decks,” “Deck Wars” and “Custom Built.” CertainTeed said she will also be a host of an upcoming HGTV show filming this summer, slated to air in 2016.

“I am excited to be joining the CertainTeed Insulation team and thankful for their support of my efforts to break new ground and challenge stereotypes in the industry,” Campbell said. “I look forward to working with them to show homeowners across Canada how they can ensure complete comfort for their home with the thermal performance of CertainTeed Sustainable Insulation.”
