Delta Energy, Bergen Energi and Comerc Energia form strategic international alliance

Delta Energy Services has formed a strategic alliance with Bergen Energi and Comerc Energia known as Energy Experts, with the goal of offering a global solution to better serve the energy management and data reporting needs of industrial and commercial clients with facilities around the world.

The member companies of Energy Experts combine for more than 285 associates and 1200 clients with facilities in North America, Europe, and South America. Energy Experts says it plans to expand its presence into additional geographies in the coming months.
“Clients will benefit from the international profile and account management approach of the alliance, as well as from the invaluable ‘home market’ expertise provided by each partner to meet the unique needs of each region,” said Delta Energy.
“We listened and dedicated more than two years to evaluating different business models and potential partners and are pleased to have combined efforts with Comerc and Bergen,” said Sheri Tackett, president and founder of Delta Energy. “Both companies share Delta’s passion for employee and customer satisfaction and, although they represent very different marketplaces and dynamic regulatory environments, they operate very similarly to Delta.”
Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Delta Energy is a natural gas supplier and international energy consultant.
Bergen Energi was founded in Bergen, Norway in 1991 as an energy management services firm and remains a privately held company. Comerc Energia was founded in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2005 as both an energy management services firm and electricity trading company, serving approximately 114 clients.
