Efficiency Nova Scotia seeks 2015 Bright Business nominees

April 28, 2015 - Do you know a business, organization or leader who’s helped establish Nova Scotia as a leader in energy efficiency? If so, Efficiency Nova Scotia is giving you an opportunity to help celebrate their work, as nominations are now open for the 2015 Bright Business Awards.

“Every year, many Nova Scotian businesses and organizations become more profitable and competitive through energy efficiency,” said Monica MacLean, spokesperson for Efficiency Nova Scotia. “The Bright Business Awards highlight these stories and inspire others to take action.”

More than 50 nominations were received last year, says the organization, and seven outstanding applicants recognized at the Bright Business Conference.

Nominations will be accepted until June 30, 2015, and can be submitted online in any of the following seven categories:

• Community
• Engagement
• Small business
• Large business
• Innovation
• Partnership
• Leadership
