Recipients of the 2016 Energy Star Partner of the Year Award include Eaton, as a result of the company’s “performance and leadership” supporting the Energy Star Program. Specifically Eaton was recognized for developing a training curriculum for educating customers about the benefits of using energy-efficient products and for its offering of over 150,000 configurable models of Energy Star-certified products in the recessed lighting category.

Eaton remains dedicated to educating customers about the benefits of using energy-efficient products, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and saving on energy and maintenance costs,” said Kraig Kasler, president of Eaton’s Lighting Division. “We value our alliance with Energy Star and are extremely honoured for being recognized for the second consecutive year.”

Delta Products was also among the winners for its Breez ventilation fans.

“The Delta Breez has become synonymous with innovation and sustainability,” said Rita Carbone-Lawson, national sales manager for Breez Ventilation Products. “We’re honoured to be recognized for our efforts by our longtime partner, Energy Star.
