New Sylvania Ultra LED luminaires reduce energy consumption by 90%
July 25, 2018 — Ledvance has expanded its Sylvania Ultra LED filament and vintage portfolios with new twisted and frosted versions.

The twisted filament and frosted filament lamps have a full glass body design; the former features a spiral LED filament and the latter has the frosted appearance of a traditional incandescent.
With a rated life of up to 15,000 hours and 80 CRI, the lamps can be used in a variety of commercial and residential applications. The company says they reduce energy consumption by up to 90% and last up to 15 times longer than incandescent lamps. Suitable for damp locations, the filament lamps are available in 2700K. The vintage versions of filament and twisted filament lamps with amber glass have a 2200K colour temperature.
