Lutron unveils Quantum Vue software to manage lighting controls

July 15, 2014 - Energy Manager was there when Lutron Electronics debuted its Quantum Vue software at the Lightfair International tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nev., for its Quantum Total Light Management system. Now with the software, facility managers can manage lighting controls throughout a facility from a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer for both new and existing Quantum systems, says Lutron, adding that users can adjust lighting levels and automated shades in different areas of a building to optimize energy savings. Users can also program lighting scenes and shade presets to create preferred lighting environments.
