November 22, 2016 - The Consumer Technology Association has bestowed Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. with one of its 2017 Innovation Awards for the Bosch Greentherm 9900i SER, a model in the new line of tankless condensing water heaters.

Bosch’s Greentherm 9000 lineup, which will be available in early 2017, offers nine models for high-efficiency domestic hot water in residential or commercial applications.

“We are thrilled to receive this recognition,” said Vitor Gregorio, regional president for Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. “It’s a testament to the innovation, engineering and design that Bosch brings to the entire HVAC category. We’re excited to bring this lineup, and the comfort control it will provide, to people in their homes and businesses across North America.”

The Greentherm 9900i SER model features integrated Wi-Fi controls and indoor units also feature top-mounted water connections for better replacement processes.

Products entered in this program are judged by a panel of independent industrial designers, independent engineers and members of the trade media across 28 product categories. They are evaluated on their engineering, aesthetic and design qualities, intended use/function and user value, unique/novel features present and how the design and innovation of the product directly compares to other products in the marketplace.
