Cerus Industrial Redundant P-Series VFDs

August 3, 2012 - Cerus Industrial has enhanced its P-Series line of variable frequency drives (VFDs) with a new redundant VFD unit, the first product of its type to be offered as a standard product, it claims. The Cerus Redundant Drive Panel (RDP) is designed to maintain full HVAC motor control in the event of a failure, such as lightning strikes and power surges. According to Cerus, every precaution has been taken to isolate each drive and help protect the functionality of the working VFD. THE VFDs are available in versions ranging from 1HP to 125HP.
