Spencer Bolgard joins MaxLite as president and COO
January 24, 2019 – Energy-efficient lighting manufacturer and marketer MaxLite has hired Spencer Bolgard as president and chief operating officer (COO). He joins the company from Phoenix Contact, where he served as general manager (GM) for the U.S. and vice-president (VP) of device connectors for the Americas.

Beyond Phoenix Contact, Bolgard’s experience in the electrical and lighting industries includes progressively senior positions with Cooper Industries, Generation Brands (including Sea Gull Lighting and Monte Carlo Fans), Affiliated Distributors (AD), Motorola, Leviton and General Electric (GE).
