Distech Controls appoints Trevor Palmer VP, products & marketing

August 8, 2014 - Distech Controls, a provider of building management technologies and services, has named Trevor Palmer (in photo) as vice president, products & marketing.

Bringing more than 15 years of experience in contracting, manufacturing and technical sales organizations throughout North America and Europe, Palmer will be responsible for the continued development of the marketing and products departments. He will also spearhead Distech Controls’ field device program, so as to further enhance customer experience with best in class field devices, added the company.

Meantime, Distech has recently promoted Elisabeth Gagnon to quality & information technology director. Having joined the company in 2008, she “played a key role in the successful implementation of the organization’s Quality Management System and continued ISO 9001 registration, as well as the execution of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software”, said Distech.

With this latest appointment, Gagnon will play a leading role in the rollout of strategic IT and quality management projects.
