Introducing an easy retrofit solution for 400-watt metal halide fixtures As a cost-saving alternative to replacing existing metal halide fixtures, Nexstar’s new 220-watt CFL replaces a 400-watt metal halide lamp, reducing energy costs over 50%. Installation simply requires bypassing the existing MH ballast to create a direct supply connection to the socket. Nexstar’s CFL is available in 347V for the Canadian market with full CUL approval.
