March 28, 2016 - Osram Sylvania says its new Contractor series LED portfolio is the first-to-market one that includes lighting solutions rated up to 11,000 hours (L70) at “price points for practically any socket.” These products reduce energy and maintenance costs, the company says, but have a traditional shape.

February 12, 2016 - Leviton says its Lumina RF Decora wall switch dimmer combines dimming capabilities for any 0-10V controlled load with wireless automation. The ZSD07 device can be used for stand-alone lighting control or attached to the Lumina RF and Lumina Gateway automation eco-system in new light commercial construction and retrofits.

January 27, 2016 - Royal Philips says it has advanced the dimmable LED bulb beyond just dimming, to become a “mood-enhancing” light bulb that changes colour. New Philips LED WarmGlow progresses from a warm yellow, white light—similar to an incandescent light bulb, Philips says—to a warmer reddish, white light that’s similar to a sunset.
