RETScreen Software Suite update August 2013

August 6, 2013 - Energy Manager has learned an updated version of the RETScreen Software Suite was released today, with improvements that include:

• Increased performance for Microsoft Excel 2013
• Updated worldwide greenhouse gas emission factors
• 1500+ data added to the global benchmark database
• 400+ new products added to the product database
• Increased speed of RETScreen Plus
• Bug fixes

RETScreen Suite was developed in collaboration with the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP) and the NASA Langley Research Center. There are now more than 380,000 RETScreen users in 222 countries, where the software has been directly responsible for over $8 billion in user savings to-date.
