Roxul Inc. will rebrand to Rockwool

The rebrand will take effect on January 1, 2018 and will apply to all segments of the company’s North American insulation business — residential, commercial, roofing, OEM (core solutions) and technical insulation (industrial, marine and offshore) — and product lines.
The company says the rebrand will allow for continued investment to support growth and improved infrastructure across all regions, as well as greater product innovation, enhanced customer solutions and service, expanded education initiatives, industry research and more.
The change comes following an announcement in April from Rockwool Group that all of its global subsidiaries have assumed a new, cohesive brand identity.
“The North American market continues to grow in importance, and the rebranding will strengthen our ability to meet customer requirements while at the same time addressing global concerns around energy consumption, water shortages and the need for safer, more resilient cities,” said Jens Birgersson, Rockwool Group CEO.
