Schneider Condenser Fan Pak retrofit for air-cooled chillers and condensers
October 26, 2013 - Schneider Electric unveiled an HVAC/R machine retrofit solution—Condenser Fan Pak—designed to improve both new and existing air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

This packaged solution includes floating high-pressure (FHP) control and variable-speed drive (VSD) fan operation for multi-fan, air-cooled chillers and condensers, promising to reduce the energy consumption of HVAC/R machines by up to 25%. The Condenser Fan Pak decreases wear and tear on fan motors and A/C and refrigeration compressors. It is shipped pre-programmed, wired, tested and ready to go.
Additional features of the Condenser Fan Pak include simple bolt-on panel installation, plug-n-play commissioning and start-up, menu-driven operator interface powered by Magelis HMI STU, integration with nearly all air-cooled chillers and optional BAS connectivity via BACnet and Modbus.
