Schneider Electric releases EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert
September 12, 2018 — Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert (PME) is an edge control software addition to its IoT-enabled EcoStruxure Power architecture and edge control portfolio.
Designed to simplify management of complex power systems, PME provides insight into critical power networks and applications. It collects and organizes data from across a facility’s network and presents information via a web interface.
The software features power events analysis to uncover hidden trends and correlations; an energy analysis module to model and forecast energy usage, quantify savings, (meeting ISO 50001 requirements) and track energy performance indicators per ISO 50006; energy visualization and analysis tools to calculate, model, forecast and track energy performance indicators; and more.
