The EM Honours Awards Program shines a light on champions who are advancing energy efficiency, proactive energy management, or decarbonization across Canada’s built environment. Nominations now being accepted for the 2025 awards program! (see Categories below)

Best Electrical SolutionBest HVACR/Plumbing SolutionBest Building Envelope SolutionAn additional award—Most Innovative Solution—will be selected from among the Electrical, HVACR/Plumbing and Building Envelope honorees.

 

Award Recipients

Winners and Honourable Mentions will receive a Certificate noting their achievement. They will be publicly announced mid October 2025 during a special presentation hosted by Energy Manager Canada.

Winners and Honourable Mentions will be profiled by Energy Manager Canada, and publicized through our newsletter and social channels.

Judging
A committee of judges will review the submissions, and select award recipients based on the submitted nominations.

 

N.B. By submitting a nomination form, Nominators assure Energy Manager Canada of the accuracy of the information provided and, further, are in a position to provide this information to Energy Manager Canada free of further permissions. 2025 entries cannot be repeats of 2024 Winners or Honourable Mentions. Nominations close August 29, 2025.
