Edgecom’s AI-powered Energy CoPilot for large energy users
November 25, 2023 By Anthony Capkun
November 25, 2023 – Edgecom Energy—whose goal is to “reduce energy costs and emissions for large energy users” by helping them to “understand, improve and control how they consume energy, water, and natural gas”—has introduced an AI-powered tool called “Energy CoPilot”.
By integrating data analytics and machine learning, Edgecom says CoPilot “excels in dissecting energy consumption patterns and predicting maintenance needs”, which not only supports energy management strategies but leads to “proactive and efficient operations”.
The tool “empowers facility stakeholders to make instant decisions within their plants”, continued the company, adding that this “contributes to a heightened level of grid interactivity for industrial facilities, leading to reduced operational costs, enhanced grid efficiency, and a significant reduction in Scope II emissions”.
