The 2026 Alberta Energy Efficiency & Innovation Summit returns to Calgary on April 29, 2026, with pre-summit tours and evening networking on April 28.

Conference attendees include professionals with an interest in reducing energy use and emissions in buildings, and those working in related sectors, such as utilities and government.

The summit focuses on providing informative and educational content with the goal of advancing energy efficiency and decarbonization in Alberta’s building sector.

“Join industry leaders, innovators, and changemakers for a full day of collaboration and ideas shaping Alberta’s energy future,” say organizers.

The summit is presented by the Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance (AEEA) and Smart Sustainable Resilient Infrastructure Association (SSRIA).

The AEEA is a member-based organization working to advance and maximize energy efficiency in the province. The SSRIA is a not-for-profit association working to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon solutions for buildings.
