The Ontario Sustainable Energy Association is hosting its 2025 Green Energy Doors Open (GEDO) at Centennial College Progress Campus, November 24, 2025, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Highlights from the agenda include:

• Keynotes from Jim Harris and Ian London on energy transformation and the challenges with critical and rare earth minerals.
• Keynote from the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) and/or the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) on distributed energy resources.
• Technology presentations: photovoltaic blinds, pumped energy storage, new wind option, heat pumps, solar cooling.
• Ontario decarbonization initiatives. Presentation about deep retrofit accelerators by The Atmospheric Fund, BOMA Canada, Hydro Ottawa.
• Product standards, and the Building Intelligence Quotient.

The OSEA champions policy and regulatory changes for a more society powered, heated, cooled, and transported by a portfolio of sustainable energy.
