Lutron unveils latest version of Quantum – May 2011

November 30, 2011 - Lutron Electronics has unveiled the latest version of its signature commercial lighting control system, Quantum—an ideal solution for new construction or renovations, which automatically dims or switches all electric lighting and controls daylight through automated window shades, it says. According to the company, building owners can realize lower maintenance and operating costs, and a potential lighting energy savings of about 60% or more. Features include Hyperion Solar Adaptive Shading, an automated shading system that adjusts shades throughout the day based on the sun’s position; and the Green Glance program, a software that displays the lighting energy savings of a building.
