Sullair debuts V250S rotary screw air compressors with VSD technology

October 30, 2012 - Sullair has expanded its line of V250S single-stage rotary screw air compressors with Variable Speed Drive (VSD) technology. The compressors now offer a choice of three VSD models ranging from 250 to 350 HP, with capacities of 1085 to 1580 cfm, and pressures of 100 to 125 psig. According to Sullair, the VSD system is designed to match compressor speed with air demand for maximum operating efficiency and lower energy costs, while reducing stress on electrical and mechanical components for longer equipment life.
