Amerlux’s Passo step lights “uses significantly less energy than traditional fluorescent lamps”
May 23, 2018 — Amerlux’s weatherproof Passo step lights feature an LED core that uses “significantly less energy than traditional fluorescent lamps,” the company says, and a sealed LED optical chamber that eliminates the cost of labour associated with burnt-out, water-infiltrated light sources.

Each luminaire is available in a choice of two output levels, and a standard 0-10V dimmable drive provides integration options with controls, to increase the LED lamp’s energy reduction and savings.
Passo’s retrofit models are designed to replace the step lights already installed, while Pasos models made for new construction projects feature an injection moulded PVC housing with integral machined brass anchor blocks that ensure protection against corrosive environments.
