CRU Solutions Inc. and Menova Energy partner for Ontario solar developments

LONDON, ON — CRU Solutions Inc. (CRU), a division of ERTH Corporation, announced its entry into the solar energy business through a partnership with Menova Energy Inc., a Markham, Ontario-based manufacturer of solar trackers. Through the partnership, CRU becomes an official distributor of Menova Energy's Rack N Track line of solar Azimuth trackers.

Solar trackers harness up to 25 per cent more energy from the sun for improved overall system efficiency. Menova and CRU will offer system configurations in 10, 20 and 40 KW trackers, using Ontario content compliant inverters, and solar modules to maximize energy yield and overall system availability.

"Our work with Menova signifies the beginning of a long and healthy foothold in the solar industry within the Province of Ontario," said Scott Garton, Chief Operating Officer, CRU.

"The Board of CRU Solutions Inc. is excited to partner with Menova Energy to provide turn-key Ontario-made solar technology projects and services to boost the province's industrial and energy economies," said Ron Osborne, Chairman, CRU.

CRU is currently in the process of installing a 10 KW Rack n Track system at its offices in Ingersoll, Ontario to demonstrate the efficiencies of the products.

Jeff Pettit, President and CEO, ERTH Corporation, said, "We are thrilled to announce the collaboration with Menova Energy. This partnership further augments ERTH's foray into new markets and new technologies."

CRU and Menova intend to supply, install, and maintain upwards of 50 MW of PV systems in Ontario within the next five years.
