BONUS – SITE VISIT: On Tuesday, October 24, visit the CHAR Tech Thorold Plant to see its first-in-kind, high-temperature pyrolysis (HTP) process. When commercially operational, CHAR’s Thorold facility will convert 75,000 tonnes of woody biomass to produce 500,000 gigajoules of RNG (renewable natural gas) and 10,000 tonnes of biocarbon each year.
