Lennox International Completes Acquisition of Kysor/Warren
Lennox International Inc., an international competitor in the heating, air conditioning and refrigeration markets, announced on January 14 that it has completed its purchase of the Kysor/Warren business from the Manitowoc Company Inc.

The acquisition was first announced on December 15, 2010.
Based in Columbus, Georgia, Kysor/Warren manufactures refrigerated systems and display cases for supermarkets throughout North America.
As a result of the acquisition, Lennox International’s refrigeration business, Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, now manufactures commercial refrigeration products under six brands: Kysor/Warren, Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler and InterLink.
