Leviton expands VerifEye BMO measurement & verification software

February 5, 2021 – Leviton expanded its VerifEye Building Manager Online (BMO) web-based energy information software for submetering applications.

The platform is ideal, says Leviton, for submetering applications in multi-dwelling units (MDUs), commercial offices, multi-facility operations, education campuses, industrial/manufacturing plants, and more.

This measurement & verification (M&V) software offers three primary modules for energy monitoring or tenant billing in a single facility or an unlimited portfolio of buildings. The Base Module allows users to summarize energy information to identify consumption and demand patterns in defined intervals. The Advanced Reporting Module includes all the Base Module features plus a variety of detailed analytic reports, custom report design, and dashboard displays. The Tenant Billing module includes all the features of the Advanced Reporting module and allows users to create invoices and tenant billing reports.

With the enhanced Leviton VerifEye BMO, users can create virtual meters to report on aggregated end use energy loads, such as lighting, HVAC, plug loads and other equipment.
