CIPEC webinars showcase financial assistance for energy management

January 16, 2019 – The Canadian Industry Partnership for Energy Conservation (CIPEC), working through Natural Resources Canada’s (NRCan’s) Office of Energy Efficiency, is launching a series of monthly one-hour webinars for 2019 that will discuss financial assistance for performing ISO 50001 and other energy management projects, along with the Energy Star for Industry program.

The first free webinar will take place on Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. ET. Its agenda will include an overview of: CIPEC’s efforts to promote innovative energy management; NRCan’s financial assistance for up to 50% of eligible ISO 50001, energy management information system (EMIS), process integration (PI) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) projects, to a maximum of $40,000 per facility; and how Energy Star Canada promotes efficiency for organizations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
