January 30, 2013 - The Canadian Energy Efficiency Alliance (CEEA) invites you to attend its inaugural Energy Efficiency Thought Leaders Forum in Toronto, Ont., April 12, 2013.

“As a newly revitalized organization, CEEA is determined to ensure that energy efficiency remains top-of-mind for governments and businesses,” says the alliance. “Your participation will offer you and your organization a first-hand opportunity to shape the direction of energy efficiency advocacy in Canada.”

The forum aims to bring together government, NGO and business leaders for a one-day event focused on energy efficiency and conservation issues. The goal is to discuss national and global best practices as a base to develop a white paper of tangible, implementable ideas in Canada that will expand both conservation and energy efficiency programs.

CEEA says it will also present the findings of its first annual national survey of Canadians’ attitudes toward conservation—what consumers will and will not support, and what personal measures they are willing to implement.
