Being green is not the one-size-fits-all solution we are constantly led to believe. For example, Health Canada will study the possible health effects of low frequency noise generated by wind turbines; the German National Academy of Sciences (Leopoldina) suggests bioenergy plays a minor role in the transition to renewable, sustainable energy sources; and the newly launched American High-Performance Buildings Coalition aims to lay a smackdown on the U.S. Green Building Council. What’s a good corporate citizen to do?
