MaxLite announces LiteBars, a linkable lighting solution
August 29, 2018 — MaxLite recently introduced LED LiteBars, compact and linkable bars suitable for under cabinet, toe kick, cove, display, wall washing and other indirect lighting applications. The lights can be linked for continuous runs up to 40 feet long.
Energy Star certified, the bars are designed with a patent-pending, integrated connector that results in a separation of 0.125-in. between linked bars. Driver technology provides even dimming performance across the connected run, the company says.
LiteBars are available in 6-in., 12-in., 24-in., 36-in. and 48-in. and 2700K, 3500K or 5000K colour temperatures. With bracket, pivot and magnetic mounting options, the lights provide 148 to 1,330 lumens, depending on configuration, with dimming down to 10 per cent and a lumen maintenance life of 50,000 hours.
