Durham Partners in Project Green offers FREE eco-efficiency assessment
October 16, 2012 - As part of its Eco-Efficiency Program, Durham Partners in Project Green is offering a free walk-through eco-efficiency review. Specifically, a Durham PIPG energy management technologist—along with your utility rep(s)—will conduct a free walk-through review of your facility to identify high-level opportunities for energy, water and waste reduction, and cost savings, while providing an overview of any available financial incentives.

That’s the first step. At that point, if you wish to conduct a more detailed assessment of the energy, water or waste reduction opportunities identified in the walk-through, Durham PIPG will facilitate a cost-shared detailed audit by a third-party consultant who will develop a detailed plan and business case to implement the cost-saving opportunities identified.
Step 3 involves implementation assistance. To help you with financing the opportunities identified, Durham PIPG will help identify and coordinate applications to financial assistance programs that can reduce the investment payback period.
