The International District Energy Association’s CampusEnergy2024 is taking place at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, February 20-23, 2024.

The event is expected to attract more than 1000 attendees, including hundreds of campus physical plant managers who maintain and upgrade college, university, airport, or healthcare campus facilities.

Now in its 37th year, the IDEA campus energy conference promises “unparalleled technical content, valuable peer exchange, and robust dialogue with business partners in a relaxed, collegial atmosphere, bringing the industry together from across North America and around the globe”.

As carbon targets come into focus, campus energy systems are a powerful tool for accelerating decarbonization while maintaining reliability and integrating renewables, says event organizers, adding that “IDEA members are actively planning, partnering, designing, constructing and commissioning innovative projects to meet decarbonization goals”.
