Ledvance adds more LEDs to Lightify and Contractor series (Fall 2016)

November 4, 2016 - Ledvance has released a slew of new lighting products, including Sylvania Contractor series LED A19 and A21 lamps, Lightify additions and an integrated bulb and trim LED for updating recessed lighting as well as a motion and temperature sensor.

The 6-in. Sylvania LED integrated bulb and trim has a fully enclosed medium base connection and no loose wires, according to Ledvance, and is available in 2700K, delivering 800 lumens. It is also dimmable down to 25%.

The latest members of the Sylvania Lightify family are the indoor/outdoor flex strip RGBW and the 18-in. “Edge-Lit” and “Convertible” under cabinet adjustable white lights. The cabinet lights are dimmable and can be controlled to deliver light between soft white 2700K and daylight white 6500K.

New Lightfy motion and temperature sensors on Amazon allow lights, groups and scenes to be switched automatically based on motion, while a room’s temperature can be monitored remotely.

Meanwhile, the new dimmable Sylvania Ultra LED A19 and A21 lamps last 15,000 hours (L70), are Energy Star certified and come in 40W, 60W, 75W and 100W.
