SustainCo Inc. announces $200K HVAC contract for GTA townhouses
November 27, 2015 - SustainCo Inc. has announced that SustainCo Solutions & Services, through its wholly owned investee, VCI Controls Inc., has been awarded and commenced work for a contract worth over $200,000 by a Greater Toronto Area (GTA) real estate developer, for the supply and installation of HVAC and related equipment in a townhouse development.

The work consists of the supply and installation of sheet metal, furnaces, air conditioners, gas piping, exhaust fans and control wiring for approximately 20 townhouses and a central make-up air unit for common areas, SustainCo said.
“This project continues to show the growth we are achieving with VCI Controls,” stated Emlyn David, CEO of SustainCo. “Strategically, this project demonstrates the success of getting involved earlier in the development stages.”
